Contest Rules & Conditions

1. Winner and companion must travel together on the same flights.
2. Prize must be redeemed at least 45 days prior to travel date and all travel must be completed by 12/15/2011
3. Tickets are non refundable and non transferable
4. All arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking
5. All government and airport taxes, surcharges, service fees, gratuities and transfers are not included.
6. Other conditions & restrictions apply
7. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash
8. Blackout dates apply.
9. Only entries that have been displayed on www.whatsyourish.com are eligible.
10. Entries must be submitted by August 31st, 2010. Winner will be announced Sept 15th 2010.
11. All entries with duplicative content will be removed prior to prize drawing.
12. Multiple entries from same person are permissible.

Winner will receive 2 (TWO) roundtrip tickets on a nonstop EL AL flight from either New York (JFK/Newark) or Los Angeles and a 1 week stay at the David Intercontinental in Tel Aviv.

Available EL AL travel dates are the following:
October 10-December 16, 2010
January 7, 2011- April 12, 2011
May 4- June 15, 2011

Airline Tickets are valid until December 15, 2011. The tickets will be based on availability as well as on the rules and regulations of "N" class. They are non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-transferable. In addition, the award is not valid for receiving frequent flyer points nor will the tickets provide entitlement to involuntary compensation in the event of an over-sale or denied boarding situation.

Hotel restrictions are Passover 17-27/04/2011 and August 2011 and are conditional upon room availability.

Winner must be resident of the United States or Canada and be 21 years of age or older. Employees of The Jewish Federations of North America, local Jewish Federations and other official sponsors of this campaign/initiative are ineligible. Employees of any National Federation/Agency Alliance member organization are also ineligible. However, volunteers for any of these agencies are eligible.

The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes is $4,500.00 USD.

A 1099 Misc form will be sent to you listing the "ARV" of winnings. All taxes associated with any prize acceptance and use are your sole responsibility. If taxes are applicable to the prize(s), it is your responsibility to pay the appropriate authorities. Payments to you are subject to the express requirement that you submit to us all documentation requested by us to permit compliance with all applicable state, federal, local and foreign (including provincial) tax reporting and withholding requirements.

You are responsible for providing us with a completed IRS Form W-9. If you fail to provide the documentation or submit incomplete documentation, the prize may be forfeited and we may, in our sole discretion, select an alternate. You may not substitute, transfer or redeem your prize for cash.

Sponsor is not responsible for additional entertainment, taxes and any or all fees. Any cancellation will be assessed to the winner for all applicable cancellation fees associated with the hotel. No substitutions. Trip is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description, such as personal ground transportation, in-flight entertainment, travel related taxes, income taxes, personal expenses, incidentals, expenses caused by flight interruption. This prize has no cash, redemption or barter value. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted. Other restrictions and conditions of travel apply. Photo ID's and Valid passport will be required for travel and will be verified upon check-in. Parties must travel together. Restrictions and blackout dates apply. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees emaciated with prize receipt and use. No other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sweepstakes Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sweepstakes Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sweepstakes Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, The Jewish Federations of North America, local Federations, Alliance Agencies, the prize sponsor, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Limitations of Liability: Sweepstakes Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.
